Music workshops are a fun, hands-on way to bring people together. I offer interactive ukulele, guitar, and drum workshops designed for beginners and mixed-level groups. Whether it’s a school program, community gathering, or private celebration, participants get to learn, play, and make music together.
What to Expect
My workshops focus on participation, creativity, and having fun with music. In a typical session, participants will:
- Learn the basics of the instrument
- Play simple rhythms and chords together
- Build confidence making music as a group
- Experience the joy of collaborative music-making
No prior experience is required. Workshops can be adapted for kids, teens, adults, and seniors.
Working with Kids
For younger participants, I incorporate games, picture books, and sing-along songs to keep sessions engaging and accessible. This approach helps build foundational skills while encouraging creativity, listening, and confidence in a fun, simple way.
Specialized Workshops
I also offer focused workshops on specific techniques and topics for ukulele, guitar, and drums. These can include areas such as strumming patterns, fingerpicking, barre chords, rhythm studies, and hand drum techniques. Sessions can be tailored to suit different skill levels and learning goals.

Ukulele Workshops
Perfect for beginners and group settings. Participants learn basic chords and rhythms and play songs together by the end of the session.
Guitar Workshops
Introductory guitar sessions covering chords, strumming, and playing simple songs as a group.
Drum & Rhythm Workshops
Hands-on rhythm sessions where participants explore groove, timing, and group rhythm using drums and percussion.
